Yealink Provisioning Server Process

This article includes the steps needed to manually enter the address of the Provisioning Server for Yealink SIP devices.

Yealink Device Steps

1. Determine the IP of the Phone and navigate to the IP via a browser.
2. The default username/password is admin/admin
   1. PHONE: Navigate to the "Upgrade tab" and to the "advanced" sub-tab.
   2. WEB GUI: Navigate to "Settings" and "Auto Provision" on the side menu.
3. Set "URL" to match this domain syntax, http://sipcfg.io/cfg/
4. Ensure "Power on" is set in the "Check New Config" field.
5. Click on Auto Provision.
6. Once the device is on Ctel UCS, the password will be updated. Please ask our support team for assistance.
